Privacy

Written by me to describe exactly what this site does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you contact me. There is no form on this site, no account to create and nothing to sign up for — reading it leaves nothing with me.

If you book a call, Cal.com collects what you enter on its booking form and the details of the appointment. Cal.com is the processor for bookings and handles that under its own privacy policy.

If you email the address in the footer, I have whatever you chose to put in the message. That is an ordinary email between the two of us.

What happens to it

Your email sits in my inbox. Nothing of mine sits in between. The footer address opens your own mail program and the message travels to me the way any email does — there is no endpoint on this site that receives it, and no database, CRM or mailing list behind it, because none of those exist.

I use what you send to reply and to look at your website before we talk. I will not add you to a list, a sequence or a newsletter.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites. There is no advertising or remarketing tag on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The Cal.com embed on the booking page may set its own cookies when you interact with the calendar; those are Cal.com's, not mine.

Sharing

I do not sell or share your details. The only third parties involved are the ones named above: Cloudflare, which serves this site, and Cal.com if you book. Email reaches me through whatever mail provider you already use and mine — no service of mine stands between them.

Deletion

Email me at evan@wintergrowthsystems.com and I will delete our correspondence. Because nothing is stored in a system, deletion means deleting the emails. For anything held by Cal.com, ask me and I will remove the booking.

Changes

If what this site does changes, this page changes at the same time. The date above is when it was last true.
