Written by me to describe exactly what this site does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form: your name, your email address, your practice website, and optionally which booking system you use. Nothing else — there is no phone field.

If you book a call, Cal.com collects what you enter on its booking form and the details of the appointment. Cal.com is the processor for bookings and handles that under its own privacy policy.

What happens to it

The contact form posts to a small function that validates the submission and forwards it to my inbox. It writes nothing to storage. There is no database, no CRM and no mailing list behind this site. Your details exist in my email and nowhere else on my side.

I use what you send to reply and to look at your website before we talk. I will not add you to a list, a sequence or a newsletter, because none of those exist.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint you or follow you across sites. There is no advertising or remarketing tag on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The Cal.com embed on the booking page may set its own cookies when you interact with the calendar; those are Cal.com's, not mine.

Sharing

I do not sell or share your details. The only third parties involved are the ones named above: Cloudflare, which serves this site, the provider that delivers form submissions to my inbox, and Cal.com if you book.

Deletion

Email me at evan@wintergrowthsystems.com and I will delete our correspondence. Because nothing is stored in a system, deletion means deleting the emails. For anything held by Cal.com, ask me and I will remove the booking.

Changes

If what this site does changes, this page changes at the same time. The date above is when it was last true.
